All Hours offers a collection of wine in a glass-free format, currently available in 250ml single servings, featuring the same wine you know from their cellar. Unlike their single-vineyard wines, All Hours blends grapes from various vineyard sites to create a harmonious flavor profile. These wines are sourced from responsibly farmed vineyards and contain no sulfur or additives.

In this single-serve wine, the Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were pressed separately for ros, fermented on Chenin Blanc skins for a week, and then transferred to a brite tank to complete fermentation. The brite tank was sealed to trap the naturally occurring CO2, resulting in sparkling wine, and no fining, filtration, or addition of SO2 was used in the process.
