The whiskey composition for the GlenAllachie Wine Cuvee Cask Finish consists of whiskeys aged for at least 10 years, matured in ex-Bouron casks and then combined. For the finish, Billy Walker selects wine casks, which give a harmonic depth to the whiskey.
