The GlenAllachie CUVEE CASK FINISH is part of GlenAllachie’s Wine Series. It is initially matured in bourbon barrels. For finishing, Billy Walker chooses different barrique barrels made of European oak, partly from the famous regions of Languedoc and Valpolicella, partly from Premier Cru Classe chateaux in Bordeaux.
