In 2007 three good friends joined forces and built up the West Cork Distillery – a small independent whiskey distillery.
As usual with other West Cork bottlings, this whiskey is also distilled three times.
To create a better effect between the copper, the pot stills and of course the rising steam, the West Cork stills are only half filled.
