Take two-row barley grown and malted in the Northwest. Every drop comes from the distillery in Portland, Oregon. Malt, distilled and aged in the heart of the American Northwest. Aged in new American, lightly charred, 53-gallon oak barrels. Distilled to approximately 142 proof/71% by volume. Bottled at 90 proof/45% by volume.
The American Single Malt rests for 3 years and is blended into small batches using “mingling” with no more than 10-20 barrels.
Neither chill-filtered nor colored.
