In the years 1821-1870, the Wolfburn distillery sourced most of its peat from the 706 meter high Morven.
Premium barley is used in the production process. After a 75-hour fermentation, distillation takes place.
Maturation takes place for several years in the Dunnage warehouse.
The whiskey is not cold-filtered and no artificial colors are added.
