The most eye-catching detail about this spirit is definitely its trendy pink color, which winemaker and partner Roman Roth gets by using the vineyard’s ros wine as the base for the gin. Once the ros is distilled, Roth adds a small amount of grape skin extract to get that subtle pink color.
